Move-in attribution
Also: senior living attribution · source attribution
Move-in attribution is the process of linking a signed resident back to the marketing source or sources that produced the family's first contact, so each channel can be credited with the move-ins it drove.
Why it matters in senior living
It is harder in senior living than in most industries: the buyer is usually an adult child, not the resident; the cycle runs months; the first touch is often a phone call; and the conversion happens offline, inside a CRM such as WelcomeHome or Aline.
Done honestly, attribution is directional rather than exact. An inquiry is matched to a CRM prospect by email, phone, or email plus a time window, and the match carries a confidence. The resulting funnel (inquiries, matched, tours, move-ins, dollars) is labelled with that confidence rather than presented as a precise fact.
How Nuovee treats it
Attribution is Nuovee's “Prove it” layer: AI-sourced inquiries are joined to the operator's CRM nightly, every link records its match method and confidence, and the quarterly funnel ends in a dollar figure.
