What we collect
When you submit an inquiry or request a demo, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number, your relationship to the resident, the care needed, and your timeframe. We also record the page you arrived on and how you got there (referrer and any UTM campaign parameters) so we can understand which channels — including AI assistants — families use to find care.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request with availability and pricing (for a community inquiry) or to schedule a walkthrough (for an operator demo), and to measure where inquiries originate. We do not sell your information.
Who sees it
A community inquiry is shared with the senior-living operator that runs the community you contacted, so a real person there can follow up. Nuovee processes the data on the operator's behalf. Reads of inquiry records are access-logged.
Retention & your choices
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and for the operator's record-keeping, then delete them on request. To access or delete your information, email hello@sgeo.example.
