llms.txt
llms.txt is a plain-text file at the root of a website that summarizes what the site and business are and lists its most important pages, written for AI crawlers and assistants to read first.
Why it matters in senior living
It is a convention (llmstxt.org), not a standard every engine honours, but it costs nothing and it is the one place a business can state its facts in its own words: what it does, who it is for, pricing, what it does not do.
For a community, an llms.txt that states care types, location, pricing approach, and availability in plain sentences gives an engine something to quote even when the website is complex.
